It seems that everyone enjoyed yesterday's Sake Day in their own way ☺️.
A day late, but I'd like to send some supportive sake to my friends!
This "Nuke-Sake" is a sake tasting event where 15 local sake shops in the three Tokai prefectures gather to blind taste sake from all over Japan.
It's a good idea to have a good idea of what you're doing and how you're doing it.
But this time, in order to support the brewery that had a fire, they decided to sell Kamishin Shuzo's sake as an "extra edition".
It's only a small amount, but I'll be supporting them from my liquor store.
Fresh out of the refrigerator, it has a subdued melon-like aroma and a clean, dry taste.
If you leave it for a while and raise the temperature
It is more moist than before, the flavor spreads, and there is a slight bitterness and astringency in the aftertaste.
The taste is getting thicker👍.
The temperature is also important, isn't it?
I like it better than fresh out of the fridge.
If you heat it up, the aroma is a little more melonish│!
The sweetness is subdued, but the aroma is soft and sweet, and the taste is crisp and dry, making it a good choice for the coming season.
Thank you for the drink 😆.
