This 🔍This is a pop-up that I spotted at the Tokyu Food Show in Shibuya 🔍This concept shows that this unit is made by a group of Nagano Prefecture sake brewery heirs who were born in 1984.
The five participating breweries will sell their products under the same conditions, such as the same rice and rice biscuit, as well as the same polishing method, and each brewery will sell them under the name of "59 breweries".
It's the best way to get the best out of this 💁♂♂️but it's not quite as good as it sounds, it's just a little bit harder to get the best out of it. ♂♂
This is the 6th year of a 10-year limited unit, so I'm looking forward to enjoying and supporting them for another 4 years 📣
