I have never had 1 or 2, but they looked interesting so I picked them up 👐.
When I opened the bottle and poured it, the aroma was gorgeous and deep with pear and banana fruit, lactic acidity, and vanilla.
The mouthfeel is rich and sweet like honey, with the sting of gas. The palate is elegant and cohesive, with a dense, smooth sweetness and astringency like butter, grains, and rum raisins, while gradually developing acidity.
The deep, thick flavor is contrasted with a clean, smooth taste that disappears quickly. It is a gem of taste that is both crisp and delicious ✨.
It is a cup that is so deep and intricate that it is hard to describe. I am grateful for the precious encounter that allowed me to feel the richness of the history and the progress of the brewery!
