The first sake of the new year! It has a refreshing, non-habitual taste that is typical of Mizuo, and it goes down easy! It has a subtle acidity and a refreshing yet weighty aroma. We had it with home-made pork stew, kombu-roll of salmon, and senmaizuke (pickles) made from Shogoin daikon radish grown in our field. ★★★★☆Plus
