Here is a bottle to accompany this evening. When you open the bottle, the aroma is a little organic. When you put it in your mouth, it is spicy as the name suggests! When you look for it, you can feel the sweetness and it is quite refreshing. I think this type of wine can be a good accompaniment. The cabbage and maitake mushrooms stir-fried in Chinese style has a bitter taste that mellows out the aftertaste of the sake. Vinegared lettuce sweetens the sake. After the potato salad with chicken and pickled turnip, it is tremendously refreshing. The spiciness is reduced and it is like water. I don't know what it is, but when I combined it with dried fish, it was sweet for a moment, but the bitterness was amazing. I don't like it. But when I added grated daikon radish, the bitter taste disappeared. Marriage is so difficult!
It was a difficult sake to control.
