I've heard that its true value is revealed when heated, so I warmed it up to the upper temperature and found a rich aroma of 🍐! The sweetness, umami, and acidity swelled up and it was delicious! Modern heated sake! It's a beautiful sake, and you can go easy on the sake quality!
