Yesterday's health guidance told me to take 3 days off per week, but since it's my last night as a bachelor, I'm drinking again tonight 😋.
Tonight's accompaniment is the second bottle of the October edition of the Shinshu Jizake Hanpukai, Seizan❣️.
It's my first time 🤗.
The brand name Seizan is no longer available on the market and can only be tasted in this hanpukai 🙌!
The owner of the sake shop wanted to keep the name "Seizan" only in the Shinshu Jizake Hanpukai 👍!
The bottle is now open🎉!
The taste is refreshingly dry, just like a light and dry sake from Shinshu 🍶!
The hanpukai's item description recommends drinking it cold, but it tastes even better when heated up 😋.
It was the perfect sake for a mealtime drink!
I would like to try it with fresh sashimi 🥰.
It's not easy to do so in Shinshu, a prefecture with no sea 😢.

Good evening, Mr. Sieg Jikon 🌆🌆.
The doctor told you yesterday, but you ignored it⁉️.
You're good at it 😁.
Well, 3 times a week off your liver is too much...

Good evening, Chichi 😃.
I'm not a shikat 😆.
I'm going to start doing it next week🤣.
I'm serious 🤣.
I don't drink in secret 🤣.
I'm going to take Monday, Tuesday and Thursday as my rest days 🤣.
I'm telling you the truth 🤣

Mr. Zyklon, tomorrow is your day off, but if you drink like me, you will ruin your day off 😢. If you drink like that, you will ruin your rest day like me 😢. I hope you will enjoy sake 🍶 for a long time. Thank you 🍶🤗
