Takachiyo愛山純米吟醸無調整生原酒

First Takachiyo. This is also the first time I have brewed Aizan.
It has a Junmai Ginjo-like fruity flavor, but instead of the usual Delicious apple or melon aroma, it has a Muscat-like grape aroma. The flavor is thick because it is a pure sake.
The flavor is rich.
I have heard that the flavor of Aizan changes after the bottle is opened, so I would like to drink it again in a few days.
