This one is made with 100% Yamada Nishiki produced in Tokushima Prefecture.
The name seems to be directly inspired by Millet's painting "Ophelia".
It had a good balance of ginjo aroma, freshness, and sharpness.
The label is a painting, but I forgot to take a picture of it. My apologies.
