Very nice! Sweeter than any (unflavoured) sake I’ve had before.
A hint of acidity, very clean flavour, a bit of bitterness on the finish but it’s not too strong.
Great flavours of banana, cantaloupe, papaya, raw sugar, and a hint of lime zest and salt on the end. There’s almost a creamy quality throughout that I really enjoy, like white chocolate.
Enjoying this a lot, great with gyoza. 乾杯！
