I got two kinds of Tochigi sake on the way back from a trip to Nasushiobara.
I asked my sake friends for information on where to buy them.
Everyone told me that I could find it there and there, and I was able to purchase the new Aikoku from Megada Sake Shop in Utsunomiya.
The day after I got home, I had it well chilled!
It is a more robust and full-bodied sake than the usual Hououmida!
The first time I drank it with a thin glass that a friend gave me, and the second time I drank it in a Riedel glass with ice.
I'm going to drink it little by little, changing the way I drink it.
I was fortunate enough to get another kind, so I will have it when the Houou Mita runs out 😊.
