I chose this bottle as a souvenir from a business trip to Sendai. I compared the sake at the sake store in Fujisaki, a long-established department store, and brought home the most standard Yamahai Junmai.
It was the clearest Yamahai I've ever tasted, but it still had the complex flavors of Yamahai. The taste was to my liking with a round acidity 🎵.
