This sake also has a strong flavor, but since the other sake we drank with it was quite umakuchi, it seemed a little light, and we felt we drank it in the wrong order.
Although the entire label states that the rice is made from rice other than the same type, the rice polishing ratio is 50%, which is quite low, and the taste is also delicious.
