When I visited Yukemurinosho in Tsunashima, I was not expecting to find this! It is sweet and fruity because it is made from Yamadanishiki, which is one of the Tsururei varieties. 17 degrees Celsius, so it is not too sweet but also spicy, and has a strong umami flavor, which is typical of Tsururei. It also has a slight bitterness. I recommend this series of Tsururei!
