The first sip reveals a high citrus-like aroma and a rich, pure sweetness that fills the palate. The sweetness is the first impression, but the acidity from the nama-moto (sake brewing process) follows and balances it out.
The alcohol content is high because it is a pure sake, but the juiciness is not felt.
