A winery in Nagano brews a little bit of this sake during the winter. I wanted to try it at least once, so I was lucky to buy it.
It has a strong acidity on the palate, and bitterness and astringency linger in the aftertaste. It has a gorgeous attack and a strong aftertaste.
It's not flashy because it's a No. 6, but it's mature and it's good.
