Revisit following last Monday
Actually, I was given a 50% discount coupon for use at the restaurant when I paid last time, so I decided to use it right away,
Last time I recommended Jikin.
This time it was Hanayu Izu Sanzan!
Light sweetness and some bitterness in the mouth!
The next three sakes we ordered were characterized by their acidity, so we proceeded to drink them with Dewa Sanzan in between each other!
The entrée was an appetizer (eggplant) and 5 kinds of dishes!
The temperature in Sapporo was 26 degrees Celsius, which is like summer all at once after winter. ☀️
On a day like this, I would drink chilled sake 🍶.
