Collage Junmai-Ginjo Nagoshi sake Hagashimasu

In: the aroma is fruity and tender
Nose: Sweetness and slight acidity in the rice and a delicious taste in the throat
Aftertaste: strong flavor that leaves a slightly bitter taste.
The flavor is more present in the Collage. It's my first time to try Heshu-homage, but it's quite powerful. The flavor gradually becomes addictive and tasty!
