When a neighbor asked for a bottle, it had just been opened and the proprietress encouraged everyone around to try a little!

Junmai Ginjo.
A little spicy.
Good on the palate👌.
We will eat it with oyster vinegar and curry roux.

100% Akita Sake Komachi is used. Slightly dry, with a crisp, clean finish.
Matured in tunnel storage for about 6 months.

Oh, it's Kikusui 🎶.
In the sake world, it is one of the lowest ranking sake breweries in Akita Prefecture😅.
But this brewery's sake called Kisaburo's sake was the first sake I ever thought was good in my life 🍶.
That was over 20 years ago (laughs).
I miss it so much!

T.KISO, you are right. I was looking at the brands on the wall and was curious about the pongee at the top left. By chance, the next door neighbor asked for it, and I was able to have it thanks to the kindness of the proprietress. There were still some brands among the Orae that I did not know.
