This sake is branded with Hououmida and Yamadanishiki polished rice ratio of 40%, Arakiri and Oshikiri. I opened this sake after finishing off the rest of the Hanayoi and Genmai. I was surprised when I drank it! Compared to Hanayo-yoku and Genmai, the acidity is very strong. Although it is a Junmai Daiginjo, the aroma and taste are not that strong, and it is not flashy. Instead, it is characterized by its strong acidity. If I had only drunk this sake, I might not have been able to feel this much acidity, but it is interesting to compare. The gasiness, the lack of lactic acidity, and the fact that the aftertaste isn't too long are all very Hououmita-like. It is a Junmai Daiginjo, but it is a sake for the experts. That makes it a Junmai Daiginjo that is easy to match with food. If you are expecting to drink it by itself, you may be disappointed, but it is a Junmai Daiginjo that can go well with food. A sake that can be described as both modern and classic. I'm looking forward to tomorrow, the second day again🎶. I️ have a feeling that the divine balance will be activated on the second day. The balance on the second day is better than the first day. From the moment you take a sip to the aftertaste, it's a one stroke story😭. The sweetness is also stronger and this is unmistakably a Junmai Daiginjo🎶. Definitely more 👍👍 on the second day.

Good evening, Tsuyodai-san🎶. The Hououmida is very good and I think you can't go wrong with it, but the Sounosangiku Beyond X is very limited so I think I'd have trouble with it too. The next time you are in the same situation, please try it😄.
