tomico
I tasted this sake at a sake event, "Young Dawn", while listening directly to the brewer. It left a lasting impression on me and was delicious, so I purchased it.
I heard that "Ishikawamon," rice produced in Ishikawa Prefecture, is a difficult rice to handle for sake brewing and is a delicate sake rice like a princess. He said that he arrived at this sake through repeated trial and error in sake brewing.
Slightly effervescent, this fragrant sake has a sweet, fresh aroma. It is light and easy to drink with a sweet taste of banana and melon-like fruit.
[Sake pairing
○Mapo Eggplant ⭐️⭐️
Based on oyster sauce. It had the effect of successfully clearing up a dish with a lot of sauce in the mouth! While I thought it would go well with a light meal, I was surprised at the surprisingly good combination!
○Hakusai with sakekasu ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Salt-rubbed Chinese cabbage with sakekasu and ground sesame. It is an excellent combination with fresh and refreshing Chinese cabbage! It was very tasty with a delicious sourness.
○Cold sweet potato ⭐️⭐️⭐️
The sweetness and the chewiness of the sweet potato prevail, but combined with the sweetness of sake, it has an addictive taste.
