Yamakatsu
This is "Fuyutsuki Arabashiri", an unfiltered junmai ginjo sake from Kabishin Shuzo in Asaguchi, Okayama Prefecture.
It is a delicious sake with refreshing acidity, a junmai ginjo-like rice aroma, and a robust flavor typical of unfiltered sake.
It uses Okayama Hakuto yeast, which may give it a slightly fruity flavor.
The alcohol content is a little high at 16.5 degrees.
