This was opened yesterday ✨🥂✨
Chilled on the first day 🥂🥂.
Aromas of apricots, chocolate and nuts.
It starts off sweet and tasty, but then the sourness and spiciness kick in.
piquant and spicy
Sourness and alcohol taste is very strong.
The bitter aftertaste is refreshing (a little bitter 😵)
It feels very dry!
It's like old-fashioned sake!
And tonight, the second day
Recommended to drink it at room temperature 🍶.
Soft on the palate
The soft sweetness and the rice flavor will spread.
And the acidity gives it a refreshing kick.
We also tried heating it to lukewarm (🍶)
It's more mellow, but the alcohol is a little stronger.
