I don't know how many bottles of hiyaoroshi I've had this year 🤣. This time it is a Junmai Daiginjo from Tamanomitsu in Fushimi, Kyoto. I had it when I went back to my parents' house for a while and had it with some yakitori (grilled chicken) that I brought back as a souvenir. It has a clean and refreshing taste like Fushimi's sake, and goes well with any seasoned snacks.
