I found a sake I've been wanting to try at Sake Bar Otake. 💓
It is Kikutaka, which is no longer making sake. It's the brewery where the toji of Koei Kiku used to be.
It is a matured sake with a strong and thick taste.
It is the exact opposite of Koueikiku. It is the exact opposite of Koei Kiku.

I got a bottle of Kikutaka 3 years ago and enjoyed it warmed up! I think the acidity was similar to that of Koei Kiku 😋.
