ことり
It is a sparkling sake brewed with a yeast isolated from a rose called Princess Michiko, and after bottling, it is slowly second fermented in the bottle.
It is lightly cloudy with a gorgeous aroma. The bubbles that burst from the smooth mouthfeel are pleasant, and the sweetness and acidity blend together, giving it a strawberry or grape-like flavor. It has a nice soft and elegant taste. Although it is a bubbly sake, the unique shape of the re-corkable stopper was convenient. 👍🏻

Good morning, kino.😊I also like bubbly and gassy 🫧It's more expensive than the normal bubbly, but it's fruity, sweet and sour, and tastes like strawberries 😋. I'm sure I'll find some in my end of the year cleaning 🤣.
