Takatsugu
I met this sake at an izakaya that serves good fish. Personally, I like the clear taste typical of Niigata sake. I usually drink it hot, but this time I opened a bottle of Shiboritate Nama-no-Honshu, a winter-only sake.
It has a clean taste with mellow flavor and sweetness. One word that leaks out unintentionally is delicious ❗️. The alcohol content is high (20 degrees) because it is a pure sake, but be careful because you can easily drink it cold without feeling its heaviness.
It is a good sake to drink cold, but be careful, because it is easy to drink without feeling heavy. It is a sake that you should always have on hand for winter. It is delicious. ‼️
