たけるパパ
I was too busy with work to check in, so this will be a reminder.
This is my first time at Senkou's sparkler.
When the bottle is opened, a slight sweetness stands out in the aroma. It has a slight lychee aroma.
In the mouth, the restrained sweetness and crisp acidity spread at the same time. The acidity is typical of Senkyoku.
Both sweetness and acidity are more mature and full-bodied.
Personally, I feel that the aftertaste is cut off quickly, but the minerality of the water remains on the tongue, which is clear and yet full of flavor.
The alcohol content is a low 13%.
The rice polishing ratio is 50% for koji and 60% for kake.
The rice used is Yamadanishiki produced in Sakura City.
