The label is said to be inspired by the kingfisher🐧 that lives by the river near the brewery. ☝️

It has a classic flavor, though it also has the umami of rice🌾,
It is lightly nigori (light nigori) with a touch of alcohol, but it feels dry.
On the second day, I tried heating it up.
It was around 45 to 35 degrees Celsius. It's good.
The impression that I don't like it is completely different 🤩.
