My first Kirinzan. This time of year there is an abundance of new sake and I really have a hard time deciding which one to buy. It's a happy problem, lol.
The color is clear, no aroma, and the taste is clean and without sweetness. This seems to be the type that you don't get tired of drinking. Delicious!
Two or three days after opening the bottle? When I drink it again, I can feel the fruity flavor. It is delicious!
