Drinking at home. It has a mild umami at room temperature and a sharpness with acidity of mizu-hashimoto and mizu-shoto. 40℃ warmed up will give it a softer umami and more sharpness. I always have a hard time deciding whether to drink Tenju at room temperature or lukewarm.
