Lightly sweet and quite tangy.
Pear, green apple, marzipan, chamomile.
Pretty high acidity, maybe a little too high. Usually I really like acidity in saké but this one lacks the depth and delicacy that usually goes along with that to balance it, and it leaves a bit of an aftertaste.
The flavors aren’t bad, but I was surprised that I didn’t enjoy it that much.
The bears are fun though!
