Matsue Izumo Trip (7)
The second restaurant was S-PARK, a wine and craft beer restaurant.
I ordered a glass of Izumo Fuji Junmai Ginjo Super Dry B lue first, but they said they didn't have enough for one glass, so I got it as a service 😊 As usual, my memory is not so good from this area 😅 I guess it wasn't dry enough for my liking...
The bottle said it was recommended to be heated to about 60℃, I don't remember how hot it actually was, but it was delicious 😋 It had a nice color from the aging process 😊.
The entrée was visa and Shimane's famous akaten😁.
