The aroma is banana? It has a beautiful color with a slight thickening and a strong alcoholic aroma as it goes down the throat 😋 It is dry 😋 The sweetness and flavor of the rice comes through later 👍 It is delicious💕.
Today's pairing is chicken and daikon teriyaki.
I'd like to try the Daiginjo next time too!

Second day after opening the bottle.
The sweetness has increased, but the bitterness has also increased!
The alcohol content is not listed, but it seems to be around 19 degrees because I feel like I get drunk faster.
