Termat
I've been drinking past sake on the day I took a break from drinking! I'm about to drink Kuroryu Ginpu.
It had a gentle floral aroma! It was quite similar to Eshikoto's Sakahomare Special Junmai in the third picture (I forgot to put a detailed taste note here 🫨, incidentally, a memorial service).
It is a light, sweet and bitter sake that goes in as easily as a clear stream, but it is the kind of sake you want to drink while calming down and exhaling a sigh.
I guess it means that you should enjoy the rich sweet taste with a Kutouryuu-doroguchi.
