武侯祠
A bottle with a polished rice ratio of 29 par. It seems to be made from a Chiba rice called So-no-Mai, and the fact that it can be polished to 29 indicates that it is a good rice for sake brewing.
The taste has a strong sweetness typical of Sono Kangiku. It is a bit limp and insistent. I drank it over several days, but there was no change in taste. It must be a completed taste.
