Sweet. I can feel the flavor of rice.
The aroma is also sweet.
It is like sake but not Japanese sake.
It's the first time I've tasted it.
With the #6 yeast and Miyamanishiki (I think it was Miyamanishiki), I thought it might be a bit like Shinsei, but it was very much like Shinsei.
The sweetness and umami of the rice is pushed to the front.
