finnThis is a very rare sogapère effice, and I really enjoyed the opportunity to compare 6 different versions. Personally, I like the 1 ~ 6 yeast blend version the best and it is made with a good balance of sweet and sour. The fruity flavor is also outstanding, with a ripe banana taste.
