I had longed for a 4-gallon bottle! I was so happy when I saw it at a store on Izumo-taisha-dori. It is a yellowish sake like Tottori sake. It's not so good when drunk cold, but it's great when heated! This change in taste is strange. Less acidity. Less acidity. It may not be suitable for drinking on New Year's Day, but on the contrary! I'm sure I'll keep the bottle. I wish I could meet Ura-Shinigami, too.
