It's been a while since I've had a fire-roasted Junmai Ginjo😚. It's a delicious one👍 It's a little bit sticky, which is partly due to the time of year, but the sweetness of the rice but the sweetness of the rice is like the taste of wasanbon. It's a refined taste that can be felt like a wasanbon ☺️. I can feel more umami than the last time I drank it. It is absolutely delicious with grilled chicken and boiled fish. I can't wait to drink the new sake!
