It is very tasty without being nigori (sweet sake) like!
The moment you put it in your mouth, a slight carbonation bursts out. The moment you take a sip, a slight carbonation pops in your mouth. It is a strong taste, but the slight carbonation makes it easy to drink.
I don't know if it's because the brewery is good, or because it's new sake, or because it's unpasteurized,
I would like to try other nigori sake.
