赤俠猪
I understand that it should be classified as a regular sake because the label states 19% alcohol, brewing alcohol used, 58% polished rice ratio, etc., but does not indicate whether it is a honjozo or ginjoshu or anything else.
But I have to admit that it is a great sake because the aroma is very floral and the taste is both fruity and umami. I have always had a negative impression about the addition of brewing alcohol, but it is true that this addition creates a different dimension of deliciousness.
This is a bottle that has updated my view of sake value.
