Memories post, my first Tobiroki.
It was lined up at the Yajima Sake Shop, so I bought it without thinking.
A set of dried shrimp and canned Kinka mackerel as accompaniment.
Melon-like taste, clear without any miscellaneous taste.
However, it is not flaky.
Every time you change the way you drink it, it shows you a different side of mellowness, sweetness, and sharpness. It's like a kaleidoscope of flavors, and you end up drinking it all while admiring it. Thanks for the food.
It tastes like a high class sake, but isn't the real pleasure of sake to be able to drink this quality sake for less than 2000 yen?
However, I think it is a sake that you can choose where to drink it.
If it is served in an izakaya (Japanese style pub) with good food and stylish sake cups, its potential can be maximized.
I have the impression that it tends to be overpowering when drunk at home, and I analyze that this has led to the evaluation that it is not worth the premium. However, even taking into account the conditions of purchase, it is a sake that will surely give you an experience that exceeds the price you paid, so I will buy it when I see it.
