Kamonishiki after a long absence.
Fruity aroma typical of Kamo Nishiki. Slightly acidic. It has a sharp taste. The moment it enters the mouth, it is similar to the Kamonishiki of the past, but in the latter half, it is light and dry. Interesting. After a few days, it becomes rounder, but I have the impression that it loses some of its character. It is best to drink it up as soon as possible.
