The mouthfeel is just a little bit thick as you take a sip.
It shifts from an elegant sweetness to a crisp bittersweetness and disappears nicely.
Depending on the temperature, you can sometimes feel the alcohol slightly stronger, but it's moderately delicious.
It is good that the bitterness does not bother you so much while eating.
It's a good sake that I'd like to try other types of.
