Mida Dry Brewing! I didn't know that this sake is brewed by the same brewery as Mitsui no Kotobuki. It is a very different sake from the one I drank before from Mitsui no Kotobuki, with a caramel aroma, which I enjoyed. It is dry, so if you are a sake connoisseur, you should definitely try it...
