Polishing ratio: 35% (Koji rice), 50% (Kake rice)
This is the Omachi version of our favorite Mucho Isshu series.
It is relatively light in comparison to the other sakes in this series.
I thought the sweetness and acidity would stand out more, but it is well balanced with bitterness and other flavors.
It is complex with a variety of flavors, so you will never get tired of drinking it.
