We were told that the new "Green Naturals" from Senkou's Naturals series has been released, so we had a quick taste!
At first glance, I didn't recognize the label as SENKYO, but the label on the back of the bottle was written with SENKYO's typical attention to detail and explanation!
Green Naturals is a supernatural sake that goes beyond "natural" and is brewed with 90% low-polished Kame-no-o rice and completely additive-free, reviving an ancient technique!
With an alcohol content of only 10%, it is very light on the palate and pleasant to drink!

The aroma is a refreshing green apple aroma, and when you take a sip, you can feel a very, very light sweetness, acidity, and minerality, but after swallowing, it disappears quickly.......
It was a bottle that did not have much of a sake-like feel to it...
It is easy to drink for beginners and people who are not good at sake = I, who usually drink sake, would like a little more mellowness...
