Shinomine and Kaze no Mori for the next sake comparison!
We've been drinking Kaze no Mori since last October at Eiraku Shokudo (restaurant).
It was originally supposed to be a commemorative sake to be opened on October 1, Sake Day, but it's a bit of a long shot!
I apologize for the delay, but the date of posting is October 1.
But the real start time is 6:45 p.m. on October 1, which is about 13 hours earlier than the original date.
The taste was as gorgeous as strawberry 🍓 as you would expect from Kaze no Mori 🎇.
