We were told that because of the small number of shipments, there was only one type of either gold (Yamadanishiki) or silver (Miyamanishiki). I was troubled, and decided on silver (Miyamanishiki) because of its connection to Nagano Prefecture. The price is good, and I was waiting for the right moment to open the bottle while carefully hiding it, but due to a family request, I couldn't keep it all to myself🥲. I took a sip with great anticipation. It was just as I had hoped it would be, but it wasn't. It was as if I was drinking delicious, high-quality water. There's no bitterness at all, and after the aroma of the rice spreads, it's refreshing. I can't stop. I'm happy❣️. I love the "Hitogochi" and "Yamadanishiki" of Shinshu Kameari, but this one is even more delicate and high quality. I'm not sure if I have the vocabulary to describe it in my own words, so I'll excerpt from the website. Miyamanishiki Junmai Daiginjo This is the pinnacle of the "Shinshu Kameari Series", brewed with the "Miyamanishiki" produced in Nagano Prefecture, polished to 39%, and sparing no time and effort. It has an elegant ginjo aroma and a delicate, clear taste that makes it a superb product. Ingredients: Rice, Rice malt Rice used: Miyamanishiki from Nagano Prefecture Rice polishing ratio 39 Alcohol content 15 degrees

Good evening. I went to Okazaki Shuzo in Nagano yesterday! I was surprised that the stock in the shop was quite small. I was surprised to see how little they had in stock and they said, "This is all we can keep. So I bought a regular KAMEIRAI because it was very expensive. Maybe I should have bought it...

Hello, Ane-san. I was really confused because of the high price... but I bought it as a reward for myself after a hard day's work😝. The regular Shinshu Kameari is also in short supply and is delicious and very satisfying though😊.
